Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a SAP Ecommerce Analyst in West Hartford, CT. The QA Analyst will partner and collaborate with the development team to provide concise feedback, support and training on testing best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Owns overall testing and testing processes for Legrand's SAP Commerce Platform - test automation plans, test scripts, and test execution
- Execute testing, including documentation of test results and defects
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and rest status
- Document all problems and communicate to Delivery Manager and Development Team
- Create and deliver quality and testing process training to IT team and business teams
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software testing tools
