The Development Manager is responsible for managing our development team, and is responsible for design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support for all Client SAP systems including integration with non-SAP applications. This role leads a combination of onshore and offshore resources, across multiple technology stacks, collaborating with, and leading ad-hoc work teams comprised of Systems and Business Analysts, developers, as well as cross-functional business team members to ensure that business requirements are met through technically excellent solutions.

This role will manage application development personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization, as well as building on existing capabilities to address emerging technical needs and skill gaps. Focus is on the global rollout of a single SAP solution, support of our regionally deployed production SAP system and provide leadership, solution architecture expertise, and technical support for in-progress SAP projects as well as input to overall team leadership for goals, technical roadmap, and individual initiatives.
