Position Summary: We’re looking for an SAP Developer to work closely with technical peers, internal business contacts and external clients to develop, design and continuously improve ERP backbone to successful business. This will take a solid understanding of SAP, strong development capabilities, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as a follow-through mentality. Overall Responsibilities: The SAP Developer is responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Implementing new customer projects and change requests for Arvato SCS with direct interaction with internal stakeholders, and external clients. Manage SAP implementation lifecycle including the gathering of requirements, process analysis, designing, implementing solutions, deployment, and documenting, training and supporting users. Experienced in setting up end-to-end SCM processes in the MM/SD/LES/PP/WM/IM area. Deep understanding of Logistics with integrated WM with HU management, RF scanning, batch management and serialization as well as sound knowledge of shipping and transport management. Part of global IT team responsible for process alignment for all regions for clients Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required 2+ of ABAP and debugging experience required Preferred Skills: SAP R/3 experience required, with some S/4 Hana experience preferred LES experience is a plus ABAP, Open SQL, XML, BAPI's and BADI's, SAP Queries RF Gun/Mobisys (mobile application), IDoc’s (EDI), QM is a plus ITIL certification preferred WM, SD& MM expertise required, IM, FI, CRM preferred Experience with Profiforms, Smartforms, Bartender and Centralized Output management preferred Proactively identify problematic issues (data or process) and work with the necessary individual(s) to resolve such issues Work with business users to gather more details on new SAP issues, categorize the issues accurately to help address them in a timely manner Intellectual curiosity, problem solving and detail oriented Provide high quality support in all areas of the operation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Very good communication skills and follow-through ability Work independently in an international environment Standard General Security Roles and Responsibilities Understand and adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of Information Assets, integrity of customer transactions, proper and ethical utilization of access privileges and resources provided to perform the role. Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance of Personal Data Protection Act, in compliance with the CCA and in accordance with employer´s Work Procedure Rules, IT and Data Protection and other guidelines provided by employer.
