Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years SAP-related Work Experience with some large business transformation projects
• S/4HANA implementation experience and support is a must. Experience with Hybris Commerce and SAP Sales/Service Cloud will be good to have
• Experience as SAP Project Manager for multiple, full life-cycle implementation projects with at least one global template rollout project involving multiple countries and life sciences / medical devices client
• Experience of working in an off-shore / on-shore model
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager
• Extensive experience working for a Tier 1 or comparable systems integrator in SAP delivery-focused leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholder groups through the life-cycle of a project / program i.e., client, consultant, 3rd party (SAP or another vendor)
• Proficiency in scope and scope change management, issue and risk management, and status reporting (executive level and team level)
• Experienced in delivery activities i.e., team development, solution reviews, improving CSAT, thought leadership
