Data migration project lead experience with SAP Hana is a must

Data migration project experience is a MUST with a lead role.

Experience with SAP ERP is a MUST with good understanding of SAP data objects (Customers, Vendors, Materials, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders etc.)  and dependencies between them.

Responsible for Data Migration process for all phases including extraction, transformation, loading.

Oversee overall data cleansing (possibly with additional sub-lead types representing each BU) – Hub/Factory to provide reports, but this role can monitor the stats and help escalate when we’re falling behind Be POC for monitoring validation reports during loads Support with legacy system extracts and data analysis on an ad hoc basis. cleansing activities including, support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.

Responsible for managing, monitoring of all data cleansing activities including, support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.

Flexibility with tools and technologies is a huge plus.

Facilitate connecting project team with additional business SMEs for IT related questions

Must be flexible with tools and technologies used.

Ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met in each migration phase from Extraction, Transformation and Load until Go-Live Accountable for delivering successful MOCK migrations and production load including sign-off and verification from the business representatives Accountable and responsible for developing Risk matrix and mitigation plan.

Manage in matrix organization Migration specialist, Process Champion, Key Users and IT resources and ensuring delivery of tasks assigned to them Planning and tracking the plan delivery in area of data cleansing tasks.

Managing the load progress (test migrations and production upload) Identifying the risk and report to management Tracking & implementing lessons learned systematically

Ensure proper documentation for the migration requirements, relevancy rules, value mapping, field mappings.Identifying the risk and reporting them to the team May require travel depending on business needs

Good understanding of SAP data objects (Customers, Vendors, Materials, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders etc.)  and dependencies between them

Skills:

Self-driven, motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in complicated matrix organization

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with SAP Advanced Data Migration by BackOffice Associates is a plus.
