Do you have SAP and logistics experience? If you at least one year of SAP experience along with a passion for providing excellent customer service, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you! You will be working with customers over the phone managing their orders and accounts.
 
 
What an SAP Customer Service Support Coordinator does:
- Communicating by phone and email with customers resolving issues related to the shipment of the products
- Tracking shipments and confirm delivery times
- Documenting information into SAP
- Coordinating scheduling and loading/unloading of freight
 
What an ideal SAP Customer Service Support Coordinator will have:
- At least one year of recent SAP experience
- At least two years of experience working with customers in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Experience with V-look ups and pivot tables within Excel
