Description

Our client, a medical device company, committed to innovation and quality products, is seeking an SAP Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $20 – $25/hr

Position Overview: The SAP Customer Service Representative will process all transactions for account set ups, order entry and shipment follow ups.

Responsibilities of The SAP Customer Service Representative:

  • Enter all orders received via phone or email using SAP
  • Communicate with Supply Chain regarding inventory discrepancies
  • Inform clients about order updates
  • Resolve any customer service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Generate reports via Excel to track workflow and monitor process efficiencies

Qualifications of The SAP Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have previous experience using SAP or ERP systems
  • Expert knowledge in Excel, including pivot table and vlook  ups
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, managing corporate accounts

Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
