• Must have good understanding of the SAP CRM application architecture
• Knowledge of CRM Web UI (CRM Web Client )
• Must have Problem/Incident Management Production Support experience
• Must be able to debug issues with ABAP background and complete minor code modifications to support the production problem tickets.
• Basic knowledge of SAP CRM customizations.
• Must be able to support interfaces with Legacy applications with some SAP middleware knowledge (XI/PI).
• Can provide data extract request from SAP CRM.
• Knowledgeable in SAP CRM data dictionary
• Provide application testing support.
• E2E, PVT, Integration testing, Upgrade testing support.
• Person should be able to work with business customer and able to explain issues and resolution in a manner easy for customer to understand.
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Create/Update technical and functional documentation
• Can provide support in PST time zone for our business customers
