SAP Coordinator
Location: Rocklin California USA 95677
Duration: 6 months+
 
Description:
Proficient in SAP or at least familiar enough to learn quickly
Operations SAP tasks such as BOM, and Recipe creation and maintenance.
New product creation SAP tasks including follow up and correspondence with cross organizational groups to facilitate the movement through the process.
Proficient in excel or other database tools. Will need to be able to analyze and sort large batches of data for consistency and error elimination
Planning/Sales order SAP tasks to help facilitate and expedite the clearing and delivery of critical intercompany orders.
Good with email communications and working with other, as will need to be able to email local and external team members for resolutions on issues and be able to follow up consistently and appropriately.
 
Notes:
I am mostly looking for someone who is computer savvy, with some SAP experience. I am really hesitant to get someone without SAP experience as I don t have tons of time to train and with a short contract I need them on board quickly. They will need to perform various SAP tasks under my direction and eventually by themselves with training. Additionally they will need to be able to work with other team members primary via email.
