Your Impact:

  • Resolves Production, Quality & Plant Maintenance issues in SAP and connected systems in support of our SAP users
  • Tracks and organizes incidents and service requests using the internal ticketing system
  • Collaborates with IT users to ensure information is fluid and updates are known
  • Cooperates with internal team to receive and provide guidance and direction in supporting the organization's IT needs


  • SAP Production, Quality and Plant Maintenance experience 8+ years
    SAP PP, QM and PM consultant that has handled at least 2 end-to-end implementations or roll-out projects. Experience in AMS support (identify problem, propose and implement solution, test and document the solution on ticketing tool and provide status)
    Experience implementing SAP Production, Quality and/or Plant Maintenance integrations with SD, MM, FI, CO, EWM
  • Having managed tasks through all project lifecycle phases (Requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and Support) for IT initiatives
  • Knowledge on queries, LSMW, IDocs and solution manager
  • Business process knowledge in areas such as Make to Order, Make to Stock, Kanban, Capacity Planning, Quality inspection, tooling process.
  • Ability to work with and collaborate across Business and IT Teams. Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) and presentation skills. Other languages are welcome
