WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Technical Expertise: Should possess the capability to proficiently lead the end-to-end SAP solution delivery for all projects at a program level and be accountable for effectively managing enhancement requests.
• Project Leadership: Take charge and manage the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, and objectives.
• Team Management: Provide mentorship and support to a team of SAP professionals, including Solution Architects, Configuration Analysts, Security experts, and Integration specialists, throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Resource Allocation: Thoroughly assess project requirements and efficiently allocate resources to meet project deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure the success of each project.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and best practices in SAP project delivery.
• Budget Management: Keep a close eye on project budgets and financials, making necessary adjustments to stay within budgetary constraints.
• Change Management: Skillfully facilitate change management processes to ensure the seamless adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize SAP processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Engage with SAP vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates and progress reports to IT COE ERP Delivery Manager and key stakeholders.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. REQUIRED
• 10+ years SAP experience. End-to-end / 360° SAP expertise. REQUIRED
• SAP Certification: OTC (Order to Cash) or SCM (Supply Chain Management) REQUIRED
• Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in configuring, solutioning, and designing SAP modules such as OTC, LES, RTP, and PTP, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Suite, or other relevant platforms.
• With a proven track record of around 15 years, the candidate should possess experience as a SAP Delivery Lead or in a comparable role, demonstrating a consistent record of successfully delivering SAP projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and motivation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with business, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends.
• Experience with change management processes and driving organizational transformation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• SAP certification(s) is a must.
