SAP CO/PS Functional Analyst
REMOTE - East Coast Work hours
1+ year engagement
Market Rate, W2 and C2C options available
Note: MUST be able to acquire SECRET Security Clearance after being approved for the project, or currently hold Active SECRET Security Clearance or higher
General Description of Labor Category:
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP s SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP CO/PS to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs.
Minimum Education :
Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
- DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
Required Skills:
- Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience.
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.
- Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
- This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP CO/PS to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs.
- Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable)
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years CO/PS experience
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP CO/PS modules (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP preferred.

Primary Job Duties:
- Provide CO/PS expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition;
- Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary;
- Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases;
- Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions;
- Define user authorization requirements;
- Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving CO/PS defects ( break/fix ), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP CO/PS solution and system;
- Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.
