As a Chief of Staff within the SAP Marketing & Solutions Board Area, you will lead the Cloud ERP CMSO organization in planning, day-to-day operations, and the general rhythm of the business. In this role, you will think holistically and strategically about key initiatives and will be a key player in helping the team to exceed its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares, executes and follows up on strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drives and supports strategic projects, including the preparation of presentation and management documents.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process efficiencies and simplification, as well as foster a culture of trust and transparency.
  • Establish operational processes and manage the rhythm of the business.
  • Influence and build relationships with all levels and functions of the organization globally.
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing working plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and developing recommendations to enable the marketing leadership team to stay abreast of critical decisions or deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience preferably in Marketing, Sales, Product / Solution Management and Software Development.
  • Experience in management consulting.
  • Experience in a Startup environment, knowledge of how to build and scale teams and process.
  • Experience preparing / delivering Board / President level presentations (QBR / MBR).
  • Change management experience, proven ability to manage organizational change while maintaining a balance between "bottoms-up" and "top-down" priorities.
  • Strategic thinking, along with strong execution capabilities and a can-do attitude.
  • Project Management experience, with a proven track record in strategic and operational projects.
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively in a matrixed organization and partner with teams such as Sales and Product Engineering.
  • Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 140,400 - 320,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
