**Job Description Central Finance Sr., North America Finance Consulting**
As a Central Finance Sr. Consultant, you will guide customers on the Central Finance journey. You will leverage your prior experiences to help plan how to deliver the greatest business value to the customer. This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional CFIN capabilities, including industry best practices. You will help enable the CFIN practice through knowledge sharing initiatives.
This role can be based virtually and requires up to 50% travel.
+ A minimum of 7 years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in Finance
+ A minimum of 2 Central Finance implementations
+ Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)
+ Expertise in Fiori Apps
+ Deep understanding of SLT and AIF as part of Central Finance
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level
+ Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
+ Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
+ Certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance 1909 or higher
+ Familiarity with the SAP Activate Roadmap for Central Finance
**Nice to have:**
+ Prior experience with SAP implementations on private cloud or hyperscalers
+ Prior experience integrating with non-SAP systems via Magnitude or other methods
+ Experience in presales activities such as resource planning and ability to work with sales to produce a rough order of magnitude for scope items.
+ Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC Planning, Central Payments & Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance (tax reporting).
