SAP C4C DEVELOPER (CHARLOTTE, NC)

The successful applicant must have multiple years of experience in application development (SAP Products), demonstrate good written and verbal communications skills - with peers, customers and management; and exercise good situational judgment as it relates to troubleshooting problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the role of application developer which includes writing application designs, code development, unit testing and support of product test via the defect fix-it process

• Follow SAP C4C application development standards

• Collaborate with IT and business teams and identify interdependencies

• Identify and escalate program issues / risks. Lead the resolution of complex IT issues

• Promote documentation, traceability, and best practices for future state system operations

BASIC QUALIICATIONS:

Educational Background/Type of degree – High School, Associate, Bachelor, Master: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Years of prior equivalent work related experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable) :Minimum of 8 years of related business experience

Job-specific knowledge or skills:

Four years coding/programming, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, logical design, SQL coding, Business Requirements analysis, root cause analysis.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Development / configuration experience with SAP C4C

Experience troubleshooting issues C4C application and its integrations

Practical experience implementing Customer based SAP products
