Amick Brown is seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant with experience in the services module for our client.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Duration: 12 Months

Estimated pay range: $ 52 - 70 per hour per client contract and candidate skills, and experience.

Required Skills

• Experience in the SAP Utilities CIS (Customer Information System)/C4C (Cloud For Customer)
• Detailed knowledge of SAP Utilities customer and business master data SAP Utilities Move-in/Move-out/Transfer Service Tickets, Exceptions Conversion of customer data knowledge Call Center IVR Integration Self Service Integration Process Design Experience (PDD) Functional Design Experience (FSD) Unit Test Experience (FUT) Electric and Gas Utility experience. Azure Dev Ops familiar.
• Experience in the Utility industry is Mandatory
