SAP BW and BI Systems Analyst. Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. Kansas City, Missouri. Responsible for the design, implementation, delivery, and support of SAP BW (Business Warehouses), and SAP BI (Business Intelligence) solutions. Analyze, develop, and support initiatives to deliver SAP BI solutions enabling end-user reporting capabilities. Develop advanced reporting and data analysis by power users and Business Intelligence analysts. Develop, create, and modify SAP software applications. Evaluate business needs and lead thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs in a standard manner, fully leveraging SAP product capabilities. Develop and implement BW/BI solutions with a focus on complex business units including Retail Store Operations, Product Distribution and Supply Chain, and Financials. Assist the business units in identifying KPIs (key performance indicators) and defining reports and dashboards. Define technical and functional standards for software applications and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices. Provide daily technical support for application and BI infrastructure. Develop and document technical architecture, system design, and other technical aspects of the implementation. Execute and lead software testing process (unit and integration testing). Provide platform support, monitoring, capacity and utilization management, application security, end user support, training and documentation. Aid in the management of third-party vendors. Provide support to management regarding strategy and roadmap planning in the BW/BI area. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or closely-related degree. Five years in any SAP role. Five years of experience in any role with SAP. Five years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence with emphasis on business requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Demonstrated experience with SAP BW and BI tools (Analysis for Office and Business Objects). Demonstrated experience with project management in SAP context. Demonstrated understanding of the underlying technical underpinnings of SAP. Demonstrated experience in complex SAP environments. Work from home available from any location in the United States.
