Summary:
As the SAP BSA, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the Business, ensuring seamless communication, and understanding between the two. Your expertise in SAP and ability to articulate complex concepts to business partners, particularly those who are still learning SAP, will be instrumental in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Business-IT Liaison: Serve as a key bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of business requirements and technical solutions
• User Support and Training: Assist business partners who are learning SAP by addressing their queries and providing guidance on system functionality and processes
• Scrum Participation: Actively participate in Scrum meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and alignment with business needs
• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of effective SAP solutions
• Validation of Configuration Work: Participate in cutover activities and validate the work performed by the configuration team, ensuring that it aligns with business requirements
• SAP Expertise: Leverage your in-depth background in SAP to provide insights, guidance, and best practices for optimizing system functionality
• Documentation: Review and provide input on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) written by the product owner, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Reporting and Presentation: Utilize PowerPoint and Excel skills to create and present regular updates to and other stakeholders, highlighting project status, milestones, and potential blockers
