Job Summary

• Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate IT and Supply Chain planning teams from various businesses in MAT group; define optimal solutions that work best for each.
•  Responsible to lead the configuration and implementation of SAP IBP application in close coordination with other IT teams for successful solution delivery to MAT group entities across the globe.
•  Provide senior-level functional expertise in business processes surrounding S&OP, Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization processes to successfully lead the solution blueprinting and requirements gathering sessions.
• Demonstrate superior project management skills to develop detailed task-level plans towards timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate user training and acceptance criteria with the business leads (project managers, leads and / or change agents).
• Work directly with SAP Americas to plan and manage IBP application upgrades, user-testing, issue resolution and subsequent release to production, while closely aligned with Corporate Change Management processes.

Principle Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Business Unit S&OP Planning Teams and the IT organization; Foster and maintain good relationships with key internal customers (Planning process owners and Users).
• Own and manage the IBP solution deployment road-map across MAT group.
• Execute SAP IBP configuration, and implementation strategies for the group; configure and manage HCI data loads from ECC and BW to SAP IBP.
• Coordinate and manage individual projects and resources with business project leads, key champions and users across multiple time zones
• Develop, support and implement appropriate processes and workflows that enable the Project Portfolio Management processes.
• Seek out opportunities for improvements and enhancements with a focus on improved use of SAP IBP capabilities.
• Interact regularly with business management and key users to ensure they understand and are making full use of the system capabilities.  
• Ability to prioritize work within a fast changing environment.
• Support and contribute to the respective Global IT vision and recommend ideas supporting applications and infrastructure
