This is 12 month CTH role with CHS in MN. 100% remote. Visa-USC/GC or GC-EAD. This is a Jr to mid level role.

It is for an SAP BA with 2-3 years of SAP MM experience with fair-good understanding of procure to pay process and the SAP system, someone who is earlier in their career so they can train them on cloud procurement tools like Coupa & Fieldglass, definitely not looking for a more experienced candidate.

A global innovative leader is looking for a CtH Business Analyst. Ideally looking for early career functional professional with understanding of Procure To Pay (PTP) and with 2-3 years of SAP MM experience. The plan is to leverage your experience and train you to learn cloud procurement tools like Coupa and Fieldglass. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a couple years of SAP MM.
•Quickly understand business needs/requirements
•Translate requirements into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the SAP MM-Purchasing, SAP MM-Inventory management, SAP MM- Logistics invoice verification space
•Guide business teams through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost / benefit analysis and risk / impact analysis.
•Support the SAP Procurement, Inventory management and invoice processing solutions reviewing the Cherwell ticket backlog, prioritizing issues, break fixes, enhancements or design changes and resolving them
•Perform analysis to gather requirements for PRICEF development, functional specification build and process integration design with other SAP modules (FICO, QM, PP, SD, WM, PM)
•Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing.
•Support, test, and enhance moderately complex information systems and develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications.
•Take ownership of QA and acceptance testing of projects

What Education and Experience Should you Have?
•Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in any field including computer science, any engineering degree or related discipline.
•2-3 years' experience in an IT consulting or Analyst role directly related experience in designing, configuring implementing, and supporting SAP Purchasing solutions (MM -Procurement, Inventory management, Invoice verification) and familiarity with ad hoc reporting tools
•1+ Full Lifecycle Implementations in the SAP procure to pay space
•Integration knowledge of SAP MM with other processes
•Demonstrated experience in planning and managing testing for Unit Tests and Integration tests, and in facilitating cross functional, end-to-end business process testing via super users
•SAP Certification in Materials management: Preferred
•Experience in designing/configuring solutions in SAP and related ERPs in the procurement, Inventory management and invoice solutions.
•Ability to design with some help and evaluate the design aligning to best practices and ensure sustainability
•Experience to evaluate the business process and ability to recommend process change
•Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills
•Proven ability to function in a team-oriented environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work within resource and time constraints
