IT Business Analyst-ENT

Location: Chula Vista, CA (91910)

Job Description:

SAP Analyst with experience in atleast one area - SAP Security , Business operations, Production Planning, Inventory mangement or Sales and Distribution responsible for

• Coordinating user acceptance testing on multiple SAP projects which are in various stages of project life cycle.
• Provide testing status update to project manger and conduct testing status meetings
• Documenting meeting minutes from status meetings
• Create test scripts for various scenarios for project
• Identifying and monitoring dependent tasks completions
• Follow up with project team members & business team whose action items are falling behind
• Document defects and solutions on issues identified during testing
• Trouble shoot defects in SAP and communicate to technical team, coordinate retesting of defects
• Escalating to Management when issues arise that need support
• Communicate effectively with business users across multiple functional areas and project team

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as SAP business analyst including 2+ years working on SAP related Projects.
• SAP Functional Experience in at least one area SAP Security
• Business operations
• Production Planning
• Inventory management or Sales and Distribution
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
