SAP implementation experience is needed for this role. The candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business including reviewing test scenarios, working with teams to coordinate testing, and more administrative duties as needed. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires one week in office and three weeks of remote work per month. We are seeking candidates that live in or are planning to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP software programs
• Assess needs via business process analysis
• Determine how to integrate SAP programs to enhance business processes
• Assist the project teams by analyzing business requirements
• Configure SAP programs and solutions
• Ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalities
• Collaborate with the IT team to offer solutions and resolve any issues that may arise
• Document SAP processes
• Utilize BI tools for business planning and tracking progress
• Run tests on all system changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years' of experience in SAP implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience reviewing test scenarios
