As the SAP Business Analyst for our client, your main responsible is the SAP environment. You will report to the IT Director in North America, and have responsibility for projects in multiple locations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Understanding the concepts of SAP logistics modules (SD,PP, MM,FICO, CRM) SAP Configuration
  • Ability to analyze and design business processes (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing and Production)
  • Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback and from the user community
  • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
  • Ability to understand and debug ABAP
  • Excellent client focus

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the company and client organization
  • Ability to produce training documentation and provide training schools
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Meet the Management Plan sales, unit sales and profit objectives
  • Analyze and design new business processes
  • Identify and define business process working with remote IT Support
  • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot SAP, B2B (web interface) issue working with remote Help Desk and remote Project teams.
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements to the project team and Help Desks, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
  • Prepare technical specifications (new development, changes to settings)
  • First line of support for maintaining SAP and other application avoiding local daily business operations discontinuity
  • Understand the integration points within the SAP modules and B2B system.
  • Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing
  • Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Validation Task Overview, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
  • Serve as a liaison to the business community by participating in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
  • Serve as a resource for the human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products
  • Ensure that the client team plays correctly its role as business process experts involved in defining the business processes and performing any business process re-engineering required before the SAP system is designed and configured from a technical perspective
  • Availability to provide “after hours” support also during the weekend and/or nightly in case of urgency
