Room & Board has a great opportunity for an SAP Business Analyst. You will experience a business analyst role rich in breadth and depth as you work in close partnership with our Product team and other business groups. You will join a talented team of business analysts, in-house developers and project managers who are experts in leveraging SAP and other business applications to ensure we have the best solutions in place for our business.

You will bring an eagerness to learn and an ability to manage project work within an Agile development framework. You will bring a passion for enhancing our supply chain management processes using technology.

You will share your passion and talents with us in the following ways:

• Partnering with business and technology teams to implement, enhance and maintain systems
• Providing functional support for SAP and other systems that support our business

(we are currently running ECC 6.0 EHP 7 Suite on HANA)

• Participating in all aspects of the development lifecycle including gathering requirements, creating design specifications, testing and end-user education
• Managing the end-to-end resolution of production incidents including researching, tracking, reporting
• Working collaboratively on project teams to produce deliverables, prioritize work and manage schedules
• Facilitating and managing interactions and escalations with business partners and end-users
• Taking a lead role in working with peers to develop internal processes, procedures, and documentation
• Managing relationships and work activities with vendor partners
• Remaining curious as keep abreast of industry best-practices

The qualifications & experience you bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing business analysis for enterprise software applications
• SAP knowledge and experience, including an understanding of SAP configuration analysis, required
• Technical exposure to SAP MM, PP and/or SAP SD modules required
• Experience working within an Agile development framework using Atlassian JIRA strongly desired
• Experience as a Business Analyst within a retail environment desired, but not required
• Understanding of Service Design concepts and process desired, but not required
• Understanding the impact of system changes on the customer experience
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and meeting facilitation
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without corporate sponsorships
