OVERVIEW: A Business Analyst is responsible for comprehending basic to complex business issues and contributing to IT support and business projects by translating business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Key Users in problem determination for issues relating to the SAP LE and SD modules.  Manage Key users opened tickets determining root cause or resolution using Richemont ticket system. Escalating ticket resolution when necessary.
  • Help in assisting local business and Central Core Team in the Development, Design, and Testing of existing as well as new software enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain both technical and user documentation.
  • Need to continuously enrich and develop training materials for conducting both local and on-site training classes.
  • Cross training of other members within the IT Department.
  • Travel within the US as well as oversees required.
  • Extended hours and weekends will be required on occasion.
  • Coordinates and participates on projects / enrichments testing related activities.
  • Understand technical design specifications and define test conditions.  Develop accurate and complete test plans and conduct testing according to plan.
  • Responsible for maintenance, configuration and documentation of local applications.
  • Perform other tasks related to support and delivering high-quality services to the internal clients.
  • Work with development team to Support RICEFWU (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows and User experience) in the SAP system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish
  • Communicating task status/issues to IS management and project leaders.
  • Ensuring that project success criteria are met.
  • Ensures cross-functional knowledge transfer is conducted within the team, organization and the business for changes to their application area.
  • Willingness to continually evolve role and responsibilities.
