Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a SAP Business Analyst will include:

• Primary role will be maintaining and improving Access databases, as well as the VBScripts that update them, which are used in supporting North America Parts & Service.
• Designs, develops, and maintains processes and reports, and related analysis.
• The BI Analyst will work independently, as well as with other Business Intelligence team members to scope future requirements and develop medium to complex databases.
• Maintain Access Databases and VBScripts
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports, processes, and related analysis
• Develop, maintain, and utilize processes and reporting that will provide critical insight to the supply chain management.
• Drive process improvements.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

As a SAP Business Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• 2+ years proven experience utilizing advanced features within MS Access
• Candidate must have experience reading and writing VBA code
• Strong understanding of testing and debugging code to resolve issues
• Advanced Excel Skills, including ODBC connections
• Proficient at writing SQL queries and automating reporting.
• Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting goals while maintaining effective work relationships across functional areas.
• Proficient at writing SQL queries and automating reporting.
• 2+ years with reporting & BI tools: Cognos, Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or other relevant technical discipline.
