We have an immediate job opening for an SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst. This is a great opportunity to work on-site at our client's North American HQs in Irving, Texas. The SAP P2P Business Analyst elicits detailed requirements, stories, and/or feature sets from business stakeholders, applies project management methodology, develops expertise in one or several business area, delivers enhancements, and contributes significantly to a variety of technology projects. Responsible for translating high level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and ensuring test plans and test scripts are documented to ensure high quality project success. Assures functional specifications are consistent with the technology strategic model and interfaces with team member, management, and C-level resources. Reporting to the SAP Business Process Team Lead, the SAP Business Analyst will support the SAP project across multiple business lines in North America working hand-in-hand with IT, SAP Project Team, Global Process Owners, and North American Businesses conducting business process analysis and proposing process redesign. This role will work with the rest of the P2P work stream to understand the existing as well as design and implement new business functionality, business requirements, and models into SAP processes from beginning to end.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Interacts with non-information technology related business areas to identify requirements, scope, support implementation of solutions.
o Provides end-to-end coverage for the process teams.
o Creates design of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversion.
o Facilitates system understanding and assist the training team in identifying requirements and validating final materials.
o Develops business scenarios and test scripts as well as lead efforts to conduct testing.
o Develops and maintains user documentation.
o Drives continuous improvements with use of technology solutions by demonstrating value add propositions.
o Tests, modifies and documents the system configuration.
o Provides post implementation support.
o Works in parallel with the training and communication team to ensure all aspects of change is handled.

REQUIREMENTS
o 4+ years of SAP business analysis experience specifically related to Procure to Pay (P2P)
o Proven experience working in an enterprise size IT environment.
o Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.
o A broad understanding of business process, including front office and back office operations.
o Skilled with redesigning processes for technology driven business applications.
o Experience working in IT and cross-functional project teams.
o Knowledge of prevalent IT methodologies, project management methodologies, management practices, architectures, system development lifecycles and best practices.
o Must have strong technical writing skills & excellent communication and organization skills, verbally and in writing.
o Ability to transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design.
o Strong business user who is experienced partnering with IT.
o Ability to flourish in an ambiguous working environment.
o Minimally requires education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
