Qualifications

•Deep technical experience with SAP BTP, especially SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration

•Proven Experience in operating SAP Integration Suite for critical integrations for larger customers

•Experience in development and troubleshooting of integrations (iflows and related objects) using SAP Integration Suite

•Familiar with SAP Support Incident processes

•Experience with ITIL processes and ideally Service Now

•Ability to lead cross organizational and cross vendor troubleshooting sessions

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work in a larger matrix organization

Responsibilities

•Integration Suite Platform Support

•Provide day to day support for Integration Suite environments (incident management, change management, problem management, capacity management, access management, escalation management, service reporting, configuration management (CMDB in Service Now))

•Participate in escalations (Rapid Response Team (RRT)) to help solving cross-platform issues

•Monitor the health of Integration Suite environments

•Create necessary monitoring environment and reports/dashboards where needed

•SPOC for interaction with Product Support (vendors like SAP, Microsoft or Google etc.) of the different Integration Suite components

•Manage Deployment / Release to Production process for all integration assets (e.g

•Integration Flows) following P&G Change Management Processes

•Maintain Integration Suite technical artefacts and their linkage to contact information (integration artefact owner and service line) and business context (business process, solution, criticality etc.) in P&G EAI Integration Inventory

•Responsible for Platform Stewardship/Controls (e.g. executes audits, CSA, BIA, BIT, etc.)

•Maintain CSV (Computerized System Validation) documentation and execute retesting if when</j<j</j
