As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Professionals in this position should have deep SAP Billing, Revenue and Innovation Management (BRIM) process and configuration expertise in SAP and S/4HANA. The architect is responsible for advising clients on BRIM FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) solutions, deployment approaches and ultimately delivering FICA functionality within an SAP BRIM environment to meet the client’s requirements. Professionals in this position should have deep FICA process and configuration expertise in SAP BRIM as well as on all aspects of integrating FICA with various external systems. Implementation and configuration experience in other BRIM areas such as Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging or Subscription Order Management is a plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP OTC (preferably S/4HANA Sales, SAP SD) or SAP Finance.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BRIM.
Must have expert Finance and Contract Accounting experience (FICA) experience.
Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations, including functional design, solution architecture and estimation.
Minimum of 6 years of Project Management experience.
Experience managing teams of 15+, including offshore teams.
External client-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in SAP BRIM CI, CC or SOM
Revenue Recognition (RevPro, RevSym or SAP RAR) experience
Excellent leadership and executive presentation skills
Proven management and delivery skills
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
