We tell the SAP story through our portfolio of global events to drive action, move our audience through their unique journey, educate, and create loyal fans.

We build awareness and engagement opportunities for our customers and prospects to support SAPs growth goals.

THE ROLE

Session and speaker data quality checks in Content Management System

Producing and analyzing reports on session status

Content and speaker analysis for optimization

Support the event content team during the content preparation for our tier 1 events

Manage and keep distribution lists, team overview and MS Teams page up to date

Presentation preparation for workstream calls

Newsletter creation for content workstream

Training materials and training preparation for speaker and staff briefings

Communication and provide stakeholders information on Tier 1 events

Event calendar production for Tier 1 events

Assist the events team on special projects

Preferred start date for the internship is February 1st, 2023 part-time for a duration of 6 months.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Marketing

Computer skills: Microsoft office

Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus

Soft skills: team player, organized

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
