SAP Ariba Specialist Systems Analyst

Tremendous Opportunity for SAP Ariba Specialist Systems Analyst to work on Pharmaceutical Corporation's 3 continent Enterprise Europe, Asia and North America. The Ariba Systems specialist is responsible for the numerous enterprise activities that are required to support the Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) solution components plus other modules (8 to 13). This is a high-profile role for the ERP Applications team as this individual must ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity. Additionally, the Specialist will develop, maintain, report and continue to evolve the key performance metrics of both systems, insuring optimal availability and system response.

This role is intended to support the operations of the upstream (contracts) and downstream (purchasing) Ariba systems. The role will work closely with the senior CDS team members, Legal, internal company business users, external, Sourcing, Procurement Operations functions and other service providers.

Agencies are welcomed however special Arrangements would have to be made.

Job Requirements

• Strong SAP Ariba experience numerous modules contract, procurement, Downstream, Upstream etc. as analyst, Systems, Administrator etc.
• Cloud-based/On Demand
• Ariba contract module (upstream): execute Mass Edits, Legacy loads, Template Owner
• Ariba procurement module (downstream): customer administrator functions
• Business as Usual (BAU) support - oversee data quality management and resolution, additional BAU activities as needed implementation
• Act as key support - proactive engagement, ability to troubleshoot system issues and complex business end user questions, implementation
• Data analytics - create and execute reporting, need to have solid Excel experience with (pivot, chart/graph).
• A four-year college degree is strongly preferred, several years of experience with SAP Ariba and experience in the contracting field is strongly preferred.

Qualification
Must Have:

• Ariba- several years 3 plus
• Ariba contract- upstream, Ariba Procurement- downstream 3 plus years
• SAP Ariba System Specialist Analyst Experience 3 plus years

• BAU Support
• Cloud-based/On Demand Experience
• Data Analytics Experience
