What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Solution Enablement Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Expected start date: June 2023
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
Work closely with the Head of Solution Management, Procurement and External Workforce to build solution capability knowledge for our internal customer success teams, driving consistent and up to date messaging. Key activities for the role include:
Plan, book and coordinate the timing of Solution Golden Sessions driving field knowledge following a quarterly product release

Work with Product Engineering and all Solution Managers to identify key release content to be included in the golden sessions

Create content on behalf of the Solution Managers in preparation to deliver the golden sessions that is suitable for internal, customer and partner consumption

Organize loading of the golden session assets to the ISBN Hub following the session delivery

Provide coordination support to implement the Intelligent Spend and Business Network learning curriculum, coordinating key learning stakeholders to develop a curriculum design including building and maintaining role/maturity level learning solutions

Work with Product Marketing and Cross Functional marketing to update the L100 and L200 content at set refresh times

Coordinate bi-weekly reporting on solution management enablement activities such as launch, golden sessions etc for presentation at the solutions enablement board

What you bring:

Educational requirements: Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role
Strong organizational skills and managing stakeholders from different teams

Willing to provide your point of view and join the conversation as a full team member, challenging existing thinking and status quo

Strong Powerpoint skills to create content

Willingness to learn about the product portfolio with the goal of being able to identify key release content that our customer success teams and customers will be excited about

Ability to work independently with support as your supervisor is located in Australia
