Title: SAP Procurement Functional Analyst
Location: White Plains , NY- Hybrid 3 days onsite
Expected Duration: 12 MONTHS

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday Hybrid on site 7.5 hour work day with .5 hour unpaid lunch Paid for time worked only ; there are no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advanced. Contingent Worker is required to badge in and out of the turnstiles located in the lobby for all daily entrances and exits.
Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 2-3 days on-site depending on assignment and fully on-site depending on business needs. Remote work privileges can be revoked at any time. Fully remote positions are prohibited.

Project Overview
This role will support functional technology area in SSM to provide SAP ERP and SAP Ariba sourcing functional support for procurement and materials management related activity and troubleshoot any issues. Address and resolve SAP system issues for procurement area and work on testing system changes.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
Analyze and solve Procurement system issues in a timely manner. Respond to SAP HELP desk inquiries for procurement system related questions and issues.
• Implement additional functionality to SAP MM modules and their testing
• Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity including contract and inventory related activity.
• Prepare various management reports using SAP data including state mandated annual report of procurement contracts.
• Prepare and conduct classroom training for various user groups on SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba applications along with, procurement applications on Procurement website and Share Point applications.
• Prepare and maintain end user procedures and training/user guides for SAP MM related functionality.

Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module configuration , tables, transports, transaction codes, SAP Query and Reports required
• Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba SIPM, e-Sourcing, Contract Management, Catalog and Risk modules is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills required

Education & Certifications
4 year college or similar degree. Additional certifications, such as SAP certifications preferred, but not required.
