Description:

Must have:
2-7 y of exp with SAP
SAP CRM + BI
PREFERRED:
SAP ECC.
PMP certification

Requirements:
vailability to work 100% on Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience in requirements analysis, systems analysis, design, development, scripting and user acceptance testing (3+ years);
Experience working with Child Support systems or SAP systems (2+ years);
Experience managing or leading projects, including utilizing project management tools (3+ years);
Experience with CRM, ERP Central Component (ECC) and Business Intelligence (BI) modules (preferred);
Experience researching within the SAP applications and ABAP code (preferred);
Experience translating business requirements into specific process improvements along with any/all measurable benefits (preferred);
Experience conducting gap analysis and strategic blueprint development (preferred);
Experience analyzing business problems from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective (preferred);
Experience troubleshooting problems within the application and do root cause analysis to implement fixes (preferred);
Experience with SAP Middleware with regards to data flow from one SAP component to another (preferred);
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint (preferred);
Experience facilitating meetings (preferred);
Experience performing configuration in SAP (preferred);
Experience performing SAP GAP analysis (preferred);
Experience preforming Business Blueprinting (preferred);
Experience performing SAP system requirements analysis (preferred);
Experience performing SAP root cause analysis (preferred);
Experience in project management (preferred);
Project Management Professional certification;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or possess equivalent work experience of one (1) year system's experience for each year of education, or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work closely with Program staff and other consultants to understand the functional and technical business requirements that drive the analysis and design of the Program System(s) technical solutions while preserving quality;
Help ensure the Program system(s) technical solutions align with the Department's business and IT strategies and comply with architectural standards;
ssist team leads by providing orientation to new consultants as appropriate. Orientation may include instruction regarding Enterprise Systems Support Process organizational structure, preparation of timesheets, configuration processes, use of the release calendar, Design, Development, and Implementation plans, test strategy overview, acceptance test procedures, operational procedures and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology;
ct as liaison between technical staff, external business partners, Program staff and others;
Share software application knowledge with Program staff;
Identify and record data anomalies lists, as assigned, to assist in data cleansing processes;
Meet with the ESSP Process Manager, Program Contract Manager, and/or designated staff to discuss the status of assignments and address any concerns, on an as needed basis, but at least semi-annually;
Maintain a daily log of activities worked using the Department's project management tool. Activities in the project management tool correlate to specific contract job duties;
Respond to Department inquiries and requests by the next business day;
Provide assigned work effort results to the ESSP Process Manager or as directed;
Communicate with the ESSP Process Manager or designee and/or Program Contract Manager in writing about any concerns or information of relative significance;
Complete all assignments as directed, within specified timeframes in a satisfactory manner as determined by the ESSP Process Manager and/or other designated Child Support Program staff;
Ensure each Consultant has access to private secure internet and telephone (land or mobile) service, that enables them to perform their duties from home, as required (monitoring, emergency, etc.).
