The SAP Analyst – Finance Systems is responsible for the support, integrity and management of the technologies within the Finance domain for the SAP portfolio serving Hibu’s US business. As a strong partner within the Business & Corporate Functions, the SAP Analyst – Finance Systems understands business challenges and opportunities, and works to lead the enablement and continuous business support of solutions to meet the established business outcomes. This position will partner effectively across Finance, IT and with third-party support; understand financial and functional business processes and standard SAP applications that support those processes.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide leadership, direction and issue resolutions to end-user community regarding business processes, data, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Provide functional and systems expertise to team members and business stakeholders.
• Establish strong working relationships across the business, especially the Finance function.
• Work with the Senior Management team to support the development of a finance roadmap to ensure continued system and process improvement.
• Provide guidance, understanding, and recommendations to the business user-community.
• Work with the QA testing teams to ensure that end to end finance processes are tested thoroughly and test defects addressed, particularly for the Hibu Global upstream system processes.
• Provide Revenue assurance and reporting for hibu through the recognition and billing processes.
• Review and validation of system & process enhancement requests (ERs) submitted. Where applicable, transform business requirements into system specifications and provide estimates to meet requirements.
• Assess impact of new requirements on an existing suite of applications.
• Liaise with support partner for problem resolution and process/procedural improvements.
• Ensure that all SAP processes and training materials are documented and in line with the solution.
• Organize training on SAP for new employees and refresher/detailed training for appropriate personnel.

• Maintain SAP user roles. Review user role requests and changes with third party Tech support in SAP to ensure they comply with proper segregation of duties.
• Manage the SAP Finance master data and monthly/periodic maintenance along with SAP system close processes monthly & year end (all modules).
