As SAP Analyst, you will maintain online knowledge management database that includes key financial policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials. Assist upper management with complex metric and reporting development as requested, and will work with the Service Management team to deliver key metrics packages to upper management on a monthly and quarterly basis. Work with end users to identify SAP system issues and bugs, and will work with the SAP System Support team to test fixes for use in production systems, and will be the lead for coordinating testing larger system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Administrator
• Grant access to specified content for authorized users
• Upload new and revised content in accordance with change control procedures
• Monitor functionality of portal and recommend improvements and enhancements
• Coordinate with GPO's to regularly review and SOP's, Policies & Training
• Track SAP modifications to determine appropriate updates are made to content
• Assist SAP Security Team with new role analysis and creation
• Work with SAP end users to quickly identify system bugs and issues
• Work with SAP Support team to quickly resolve system bugs and issues
• Lead QA testing and coordination for major enhancements and system fixes
• Complete QA testing on routinely identified system bugs and issues
• • Participate in localizing Portal content for international markets
• Take lead on key Service Management projects for PTP, Market and SWIM as needed
• Develop as a SAP PTP, Market and SWIM Subject Matter Expert to assist with system bug identification and process improvement identification
• Lead or participate in Lean Six Sigma projects
• Assists with support and additional training as needed for PTP Teams (Business Services, PO & Invoice Monitoring, Vendor Setup)
• Assist in reporting and analysis of SLAs and Key Metrics
• Take lead in development of complex metric reporting, and ad hoc reporting requests
• Develop as a BI Subject Matter Expert to assist in the reporting of key metrics
• Conduct online or classroom training sessions if needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Business, Accounting, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
• Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with SharePoint Sites
• Excellent written communication skills
• Metric and/or Report writing experience
• Six Sigma certification
