Since 1948, our client has been a recognized leader in designing innovative and reliable pumps for OEM, industrial, and water gardening markets. We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to manage all aspects of the company’s IT and Telecom functions. Specifically, the company is converting to SAP Business One both in the US and in our company-owned factory in China. Once implementation is complete, we will expect the employee to help us maximize the SAP and other third party software, evaluate and recommend potential new third party applications for warehouse management, EDI and other functions, manage and assist in development of company websites, maintain proper security and disaster planning policies and procedures, train new users and team with staff to provide analysis and input as we develop new products, and analyze existing products and inventory.


Additional Responsibilities:

·         Provide company-wide technology strategy planning

·         Lead implementation of new SAP B1 software throughout the company to incorporate information technologies for optimal effectiveness

·         Work with China staff to assist in SAP B1 implementation

·         Manage system users, authorizations and profiles

·         Write reports using Crystal Report as required

·         Monitor overall IT and telecom costs and make recommendations for cost controls

·         Lead development and maintenance of company process mapping


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5 - 10 years of progressive experience as SAP B1 administrator, Database SQL administrator
  • Solid Crystal Reports skills creating labels and writing reports
  • SAP B1 Configuration experience
  • Knowledge with Office 365 Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Data science skills

·         Travel to China facility as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • 1 year of SQL
  • HANA database
  • Manufacturing experience
