SAP Experience required. Administrative Assistant needed in Selkirk
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Set-up projects in capital projects for technology organization in IMPS module of SAP
- Launch and track workflows in SAP system
- Manage master spreadsheet for all technology projects for the current year
- Run set reports out of SAP system
- Communicate with other Regions via email
- Analyze excel reports to identify gaps and necessary changes
- Highlight potential issues to SABIC management team
REQUIRMENTS:
- 2+ years in a business environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel/Word) and web-based applications
- SAP experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple PC applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred: Prior experience in data entry (such as maintaining client database/records).
Anticipated length of assignment - 12 months.
