SAP ABAP Developer III
This position is for an SAP ABAP technical development resource. Resource must be able to demonstrate experience with RICEFW development through prior experience.
Work with Functional and Technical Developers to support and implement global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other external interfaces supporting business process. The primary responsibility of this technical position is to coordinate and perform requirements analysis, process design, development and maintenance of SAP WRICEF objects in various business process areas to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10+ years of IS&T experience with working experience in: SAP ECC 5.0 or higher, SD, PM, MM, FI etc. modules. Object Oriented ABAP and through knowledge of OO concepts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The criteria for differentiating between skill levels are breadth (primarily SC & MM areas) and depth of SAP module knowledge (cross-functional), extent of external networking (best practice and solution development), leadership skills and years of experience. Responsible for consulting with other SAP team members for fulfilling business requirements across functional areas. The objective of this activity is to gain alignment between the business clients and functional teams to develop the optimal solution to business requirements while also delivering a solution that complies with specified standards and levels of maintainability. Responsible for the implementation of technical changes for the agreed upon solution. The objective of this activity is to achieve a reliable, stable system operation with a minimum of SAP customization. Responsible for following and ensuring of the execution of all appropriate documentation, testing, technical design, quality assurance and management of change requirements. Additionally, the position is responsible for influencing continuous improvement in these areas. The objective of this activity is to ensure a consistent development methodology to achieve operational excellence and control requirements. Responsible for collaboration and leadership with other areas regarding technical design, cross-functional process integration and testing to influence the achievement of an optimal, integrated solution. Responsible for taking an active role within established teams, guidelines, timeframes and scopes with minimal supervision to provide solutions, and for other reasonable tasks as given by supervisor or manager.
