SAP ABAP DEVELOPER and FORMS DESIGNER - Birmingham, AL

Ram Tool Construction Supply Co. is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer and Forms Designer to embark on a successful career at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. RESPONSIBLITILES:

  • SAP ABAP development and SAP custom form design (SAPScript, SmartForms & Adobe) and development
  • Facilitating development of new software technologies to deliver best practice ERP solutions based on business needs (which candidate shall assess through engagement with other Ram Tool departments)
  • Providing end-user support and training
  • Troubleshooting and debugging SAP programs
  • Testing solutions
  • Preparing detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, object-oriented ABAP programs, interfaces. conversions, enhancements, and forms

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or foreign equivalent education. Must have a minimum of 5 years in (a) SAP ABAP code development and development testing experience. b) experience with set-up and configuration of integration points between SAP and other business systems with I-Docs (c) hands- on development of customer enhancements, user exits and BAPI's; implemented within SAP's core modules. Within these five years, candidate must have acquired a minimum of 3 years experience with SAP SAPScript, SmartForms and Adobe custom form design, development and testing. (Experience may be gained concurrently).
