•             Performs Level 2 support as a SAP ABAP specialist working mainly on incidents and change requests.

•             Performs Incident, Problem and Change Management tasks/activities thru problem solving/analysis, bug fixing and coordination with functional and/or solution owners

•             Prepares technical documentation on ABAP changes from incidents or for small enhancement requests

•             Follows and complies to defined ITSM processes (esp., SLA) and use to supporting tools (Solution Manager, Service Now, HP Quality Center, etc.)
