Description

The ERP, Analytics and Continuity Risk Advisory Services practice assists with various consulting, internal, and external audit clients by bringing in-depth ERP, data analytics, and continuity skills where needed.  The practice performs controls designs/assessments, complex data analytics, segregation of duties assessments, as well as ERP security vulnerability assessments.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building, developing and managing teams to execute SAP ERP engagements on highly visible ERP clients. He/she will work closely with our regional SAP leaders to accomplish these goals
  • Building, developing and managing teams to meet the strategic goals of the national ERP RAS practice. He/she will work closely with our regional SAP leaders to accomplish these goals
  • He/she is responsible for contributing to the execution of the ERP risk advisory services strategy and growth plan
  • Promote the expansion of services to existing clients and integrating a full basket of services
  • He/ she will interact at professional events and be a visible spokesperson as a thought leader
  • Successful candidate will have business development experience for ERP risk and controls solutions
  • Enhance our current ERP Risk Advisory methodology as it relates to SAP controls training
  • Execute SAP ITGCs assessments, SAP Implementation Risk Assessments, SAP SOD assessments, and other ERP services as needed
  • Help to maintain our multiple segregation of duties tools
  • Provide first choice advisor experience to existing clients while working to maximize client value
  • Ability to exceed client expectations in a sophisticated consulting or accounting firm environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals
  • Effectively manage overall client relationships to exceed client satisfaction related to IT Risk Advisory Services   
  • Manage the fundamentals of practice oversight (i.e. realization, utilization, resource leverage and client portfolio management)
  • Mentor, coach and ensure the continuous professional development of staff is being met
  • Attract and retain talent
  • Successfully integrate the strategy of the firm
  • Heighten the firm brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing the firm's marketing campaigns and related programs supported by the firm

Position Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SAP controls design as well as experience with multiple other ERPs such as Oracle
  • Technical knowledge of controls monitoring/auditing tools such as Approva, GRC Control Panel, ERP Maestro, or SAP GRC is a plusMinimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in public accounting or relevant compliance industry experience
  • Understanding of SOX, COBIT, COSO and other controls framework
  • Experience working with clients in multiple industry's
  • Experience training others on ERP controls and security knowledge
  • Experience with SOX, COSO, COBIT and other related IT controls methodology and frameworks, such as ISO, NIST, HIPAA, or FDA is a plus.
  • Experience with risk and controls for S/4 HANA and HANA database/platform preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments

  • Must exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Travel throughout the region is expected, up to 50% travel

Certifications Preferred:

  • CISA required CIA, CISSP, CPA, preferred but not required
