Project Manager, SAP Implementation:
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Masters in Information Science/MBA is highly preferred)
- Formal Project Management training (PMP is highly preferred)
- Experience as a Project Manager of SAP implementation(s)
- Experience managing the setup and testing of interfaces for a new SAP system
- Experience leading the installation, implementation, migration, and upgrade projects for SAP
- Experience as a Project Manager of cross-functional system implementation(s)
- Strong product knowledge of SAP and datacenters
- 5+ years of formal project management experience in a consulting environment
- 3+ years of recent experience working with ERP systems and the implementation process
- Must have a track record of evaluating alternative solutions and deciding on a plan of action
- Must be creative, innovative, and engaging
- Must have strong communication skills in both listening and presenting
Responsibilities:
- Project Management for the setup and testing of interfaces for a new SAP system
- Provide leadership for SAP installation, implementation, migration, and upgrade projects
- Project Manager responsibility of all phases from kickoff to go-live
- Contribute to resource scheduling, availability, and maintenance of allocations, assessments, and planning
- Create KPIs for continuous improvement to processes and approaches to projects
- Determine quality control standards and track implementation accordingly
- Plan, track, and report project activities and assess critical path activities and status
- Conduct fit analysis and/or gap analysis to meet business requirements of the client
- Improve current, and create new and efficient methods for implementation and client delivery
- Act as the Project Lead for internal teams and client teams throughout the project lifecycle
