Work you'll do/Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Stibo Step MDM Functional Consultant to join our project team, with a focus on Stibo Step MDM platform development. As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development process, leveraging MDG functional skills, PMOD 2 customer knowledge, and proficiency in the default framework. The projects are run in a complex SAP environment with heavy volume of transactions.

Requirements Analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for Stibo Step MDM platform, focusing on digital access management in the pharma sector

SAP Development

• Draft design documents and functional specifications, emphasizing MDG functional and technical skills, including ABAP proficiency

Customization and Configuration

• Optimize Stibo Step MDM platform for digital access management in the pharmaceutical sector through customization and configuration

Testing and Troubleshooting

• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshoot issues for reliable performance, particularly in PMOD and customer set-up

Collaboration with other SAP module Teams and development teams

• Work closely with P2P, Finance, and other teams to map end-to-end scenarios within the Stibo Step MDM framework

Stay Informed on SAP Developments

• Keep abreast of the latest SAP developments, applying knowledge to optimize Stibo Step MDM projects

Integration Expertise

• Utilize integration expertise in Stibo Step MDM tools to seamlessly integrate solutions for staff augmentation in the pharma sector

Documentation

• Create and maintain clear documentation for Stibo Step MDM solutions, with a focus on MDG functional skills and the default framework

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Stibo Step MDM projects, proposing enhancements for optimized system performance in digital access management for pharma

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• 3+ years proven expertise in SAP ABAP development within Stibo Step MDM platform projects

• 3+ years Proficiency in ABAP programming with MDG functional skills, emphasizing Stibo Step MDM development

• Customization and configuration expertise in ABAP, aligned with Stibo Step MDM platform and MDG framework

• Thorough testing and troubleshooting proficiency for reliable system performance

• Experience integrating MDG functional and technical expertise into ABAP solutions

• Customization and configuration expertise

• Experience and adaptability to Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Must be able to start by March 25,2024
