Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager for a SAP S4 Hana M&A initiative that will be responsible for oversight and management of the entire SAP S4 Hana M&A program including multiple workstreams across all functional areas within the organization. This role will participate in an end-to-end journey from building project roadmaps on all of the SAP programs, organizing assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops and partnering with various business units with a rapid deployment approach. This role will be intensely involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create the solution in a SAP S4 conversion program. As a Program Manager, this role will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and be responsible for designing the overall integration plan to ensure that it delivers the full potential of the combination, manage the cadence of integration activities, track and report progress, identify and manage risks, develop mitigation plans, facilitate decision making, and coordinate and communicate across the enterprise.
Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Mange the SAP S4 Hana M&A Program.
- M anage and coordinate multiple project timelines all at once related to overall program governance, business process design, system implementation, and business transformation efforts.
- Ability to work directly with various levels within the organization including project sub-teams, consultants and business leaders to ensure the successful completion.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project timelines, schedules, and communication plans for all assigned projects.
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements. Leads and/or coordinates project managers across multiple key business initiatives to ensure overall program stays on schedule.
- Ability to hold project teams accountability by tracking and communicating project progress ensuring projects are delivered as per agreed scope, on time, within budget, and as per the organization's quality standards.
- Organize executive report for steering committees and senior leadership teams on a regular schedule.
- Establish project priorities and help allocate resources in line with those priorities. Collaborate with leadership to monitor projects to ensure there is no duplication of effort or contradictory objectives across all projects.
- Escalate and resolve all issues related to the project in a timely manner.
- Conduct risk assessment and maintain a mitigation plan.
- Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of large/cross-functional programs/projects; including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget.
- Provide program governance with clear and consistent communication of program level and project level status throughout the organization at all levels.
- Manage interdependencies and effective communication channels between all existing workstreams.
- Develop, document and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget management and monthly executive reporting.
- Manage other vendors assigned to this program to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and as expected.
- Create a communication and supporting communication to inform stakeholders and leadership on status, processes, issues, risk mitigation strategies, etc.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. degree or higher preferred, in relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience as a Program Management leading SAP S4 Hana implementations.
- 10+ years' work experience in Program and Project Management and demonstrated leading medium to large programs.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with demonstrated success in leading large, complex, cross-functional implementation programs or projects (such as software implementations).
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana ERP software strongly preferred.
- Has working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary in deploying technology solutions.
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master Certified.
- Must have good understanding of SAP S/4 landscape conversion approach.
- Experience Planning and Managing the S4 conversion program.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships (including C-level) along with building and scaling programs.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, across functions including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate with various team members from multiple internal departments and potentially external vendors.
- Ability to effectively prioritize critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Appropriate sense of urgency and commitment for critical deliverables.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
