SAP Procurement Expeditor for the OEM commodity area is needed for our client in Gloucester, MA. This is the number one developer and manufacturer of Ion Implanters in the world

What you must have is:
  2 to 3 years SAP experience

What You Will Be Doing:
Team up with and take direction from multiple the Buyers and Commodity Business Managers who are responsible for the overall performance and execution of the commodity area.  This is a fast-paced environment and this area has a broad supply base with a high number of SKU’s to manage. T

What you need to bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of documented and proven procurement expediting experience, preferably in the OEM commodity space
• Expediting or Procurement in an SAP ERP environment . SAP is the tool of choiceand knowledge in operating within this tool is critical.
• A strong understanding reading MRP and MRP execution is critical.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in the fast-paced nature of our environment is imperative.
• Experience in handling managing supplier deliveries, resolving problems that result in working with suppliers and communicating material status back to the internal team within the company. Comfortable pushing suppliers to execute to company requirements.
• Moderate comfort level working with Excel and entering updated supplier provided status into the SAP ERP system in a timely manner is essential.
