Seeking a Principal SAP PP/QM Consultant In the role of Principal Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your functional proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Definition, Design and Configuration in the SAP Finance and Controlling Area.

You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts.

You will also deliver high quality deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology Location for this position is Milwaukee, WI.

Preferred Qualifications : At least 11 years of experience in SAP PP/QM Skills Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Knowledge and experience on support processes (Incident Management, Service request management, Change management, Problem management & RCA, Major Incident management, Priority definitions and SLAs) Ability to track and assign ticket queues to team members. In-depth understanding and experience of the below modules in SAP PP Master data - Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment) Planning & Forecasting - MRP Production processes and it's SAP solutions - Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban Capacity planning Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement. Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing) Experience on SAP QM (Quality Management) Quality Info records Quality Inspection plans Usage decisions Record inspection results Inventory movement for items under inspection Disposal and scrap management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Should have experience in preparing functional specifications, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support. Conducting user trainings, preparation of training documents. Knowledge in SOLMAN for Transport movements Should have worked on Multiple Systems in SAP Landscape Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
