Job Summary:

As a trusted partner to our business teams, this position is responsible for the full application lifecycle management from design, requirements, user story creation through implementation, testing, training, post go live support, enhancement, and maintenance. This role will be responsible for helping to implement, test, operate, improve, and expand assigned application portfolios. This position will collaborate cross functionally to ensure the smooth back end technical operations for system platforms including integration design and management; data loads; security administration; complex reporting; release management; tenant configuration; and supporting business functional teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • SAP Functional Lead over Materials Management in the implementation of S/4HANA and its sustainment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Materials Management.
  • Provide technical administration by partnering with business stakeholders to optimize business processes and operational efficiency using technology solutions.
  • Lead system administration, support, and enhancements assigned technology systems, including managing configuration, security, roles, and access.
  • Act as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities and partner with business functions in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives
  • Configure and support data integrations by domain including third party connectors.
  • Manage the Production and numerous Sandbox environments and establish a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Drive Data Quality.
  • Support, develop and maintain Reports & Dashboards to support teams and company-wide decision making.
  • Regularly perform data audits and validation and follow up with appropriate teams for corrections.
  • Perform administrative functions including security maintenance, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for configuration, testing integrations, and project management.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education: BS Degree preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • BS Degree or Equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of Materials Management application design and configuration experience in SAP ECC. S/4HANA experience is a plus. SAP Warehouse Management (LE-WM and/or EWM) a plus.
  • Quality Management Experience a plus.
  • Experience in 3rd party integrations such as Ariba and communications via EDI.
  • Experience in designing and drafting WRICEF.
  • Experience with User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, and SAP Workflow.
  • Skilled in design of workflow-based processes to support complex business processes.
  • Strong understanding of configuration and integrations.
  • Experience to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience defining business requirements.
