At least 13 months OTR Tractor Trailer Experience in last 3 years.

SAP Failure must be over 6 months ago

Must have passed RTD (Return to Duty) through SAP

Must have worked with at least 1 other company after failure, and passing SAP

Must be able pass a Urine Screen, Dot Physical, Provide Sap counselor's info
