Our client is seeking a Jr. Systems Analyst / Support Engineer - SAP/ERP in NY.

• Client: Japanese IT company
• Working Location: NY 10017
• Salary Range: 45-65K per yr. + Full Benefit / 401K

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for SAP ERP Application and Implementation Support.
• Investigates issues and analyze, create, modify, and maintain SAP ERP system to meet user needs.

The right candidate will possess:

• Analytical skills regarding SAP ERP applications' problem-solving, maintenance, and implementation requirements. (including development)
• Ability to create and maintain documentation of support and operations by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• The ability to analyze clients' inquiries and requirements, change SAP ERP system configurations or programs, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Japanese language skills are preferred but not required.
